Current Projects
New projects require scouting for sites, selecting a design that matches the site, developing concept drawings with architects or designers, and then facilitating site plan and building engineering. The site may require the demolition of existing buildings or the clearing of underbrush and development of infrastructure. This is followed by the permit process, coordinating utilities, and building a beautiful home. Following are some of the new projects currently underway.
Burlington - Mixed Use
A newly acquired opportunity centrally located to everything that the Burlington/Mount Vernon area has to offer. Easy access to I-5 and Hwy 20. Amenities galore including shopping, restaurants, parks, great schools, as well as boating, fishing, and hunting. Use the office space on the street level for home office or rental income. Image the possibilities!
Lake McMurray
This project is located near the Lake McMurray public boat launch and convenient to I-5. The 5-acre parcel will feature a three bedroom, 2 bath home with spectacular views of the wooded hillside above a sleepy creek. The original home dating from the early 1900s has roots in the development of Skagit County farming and logging. Today, the surrounding property is owned by descendants of the Nakashima family, early Snohomish County pioneers.

Sedro-Woolley Mixed Use
Embracing the frontier heritage of Sedro-Woolley, this mixed-use project in the downtown core required the removal of a home originally built in 1901. The new structure features a western style parapet and catwalk, provides 1800 square feet of residential space on the second story with a 2-car garage below and approximately 900 square feet of office/retail space in the lower level. Great opportunity for small business owner or live/work space.
